Human Factors in Healthcare

Communication, self-assessment, situational decision-making, conflict management – these and many other key competencies have been integral parts of the training plan for cockpit and cabin crews for many years. As a result, the safety standards in aviation are higher than in any other sector.

Together with the German Society for Orthopaedics and Trauma (DGOU) and other experts from health and emergency care, we have developed a course program that allows hospitals, clinics, and care facilities to benefit from our unique aviation training. With our Interpersonal Competence Training, we give doctors, and nurses, and emergency care professionals the right tools to sustainably improve teamwork and patient safety. All training courses are adapted not only to the different training levels and responsibilities of the participants, but also designed to achieve maximum interdisciplinary and interprofessional practical relevance.
