The demands for communication skills of flight attendants is high and varied. From making common announcements on board, dealing with different cultures and characters to the de-escalation of critical circumstances, all situations must be mastered with confidence.

Our communication training expands and strengthens the communication skills of your cabin crew members for both routine tasks and challenging situations on board and on the ground.

 

Objective

Service quality on board is improved through expanding and strengthening flight attendants’ communication skills.

 

Procedure

  • One or two-day practical training
  • Theory lessons in modern seminar rooms
  • Practical teamwork exercises and individual tasks in the classroom or in our service mock-ups

 

Target Group

This advanced training is primarily geared toward flight attendants, but it can also be adapted for employees in other service professions.
