CRM Trainer Course

The five-day, license-relevant CRM Trainer Course is designed for all future human factors trainers and moderators in the cockpit as well as in the cabin. The course consists of both pedagogical as well as psychological subjects. Participants become familiar with the entire spectrum of the work of a moderator and optimize their verbal and nonverbal skills. The training deals with, for example, presentation techniques, carrying out exercises, and leading discussions. In addition to the theoretical foundation, the training also offers many opportunities for practical implementation in the form of exercises and case studies. The participants are given regular feedback, thus allowing them to reflect on their own strengths and weaknesses even after the seminar.
